Castle Hill
Hospital is part of the Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
Based on three sites (Hull Royal
Infirmary, Castle Hill Hospital and Princess Royal Hospital) the
Trust is one of the largest in England and provides acute care
for a local population of 550,000 and over 1.2 million people
for our tertiary services. The Trust employs nearly 6,500 people
and spends over £260m each year.

How to Find Us:
There is a regular
bus service (number 154) to Castle Hill Hospital from Hull bus
station every 30 minutes. The Hull bus station is next to Hull
Paragon Station which is where all Hull rail services terminate.
This service starts at 5 minutes past the hour and stops at all
central bus stops to Hull Royal infirmary, it then travels to
Castle Hill via Cottingham train station visiting 5 designated
stops at Castle Hill.

We have 38 members of staff that work permanently
on the unit. They comprise of:-

- 1 Band 6
- 18 Band 5's
- 2 Band 3's
- 4 Band 2's
- 3 Full time Clerical Staff
- 7 Part time Clerical Staff
- 1 Volunteer
- 1 Housekeeper
