Theory of adult educational principles applied to colonoscopy skills and training techniques

Training styles and principles

Objective setting and assessment

Revision and development of individual colonoscopy technique

Problem solving

Hands on training

Format:

Dynamic and integrated adult learning techniques covering principles and theory

Setting of individualised learning objectives of delegates

Model training and teaching

Hands on colonoscopy/upper GI teaching and training. Trainers will act as trainees to enhance their appreciation of training needs

Two Days.
